On, the contrary, I think MSFT knows when they should quit. They got rid of their first handheld entry in the early 90s I think it was "Pocket Windows" or soemthing like that anly to develop their most recent entry Windows CE a five years later.

And I think they saw the flaws in Micrososft Bob very early on (Bob sported a smiley Microsoft face - sound familiar)
