Don, re: "a ripple in the pond". Although the relative value of a monetary settlement may have diminished, the impact of losing the suit is probably greater. In addition to the points listed by Sam (nice job!), a good part of the support for SNDK's high P/E is based upon being the undisputed leader in their niche. If Lexar is allowed to chip away at the market (forgive the pun), it would be a sad day for SNDK shareholders. Craig
