hold still america, while we shove it in deeper. pretty soon it will start to feel good. we, your loyal, do-good, socialist politicians 'promise' it will. sorry we had to lie to you before about it reducing the deficit and medical costs. we promise not to lie to you again. and we really do know what's best for you simple minded children. oh, and we promise not to waste your money or give any of it to our communist buddies. service will be quick too because the canadians and other foreigners won't come here for treatment anymore, because it won't be worth it. oh wait, lots of doctors are going to quit when the law takes effect... never mind. hey, look at it this way.. pretty soon you're all going to be too broke to bother to try to rob anyway. we'll be thinking of you while we're on some beach sipping mai tais while the country we destroyed continues on with the train wreck. thank you for being so gullible and ignorant. thank you for sleepwalking thru the past 50 years while we robbed you blind. we're not quite done with you yet..
