Bernstein says that the results of their wireless survey gives them a high degree of confidence in a rebound in the replacement cycle, and sees solid demand and pricing in 2H02 into 2003; maintains Mkt Outperform rating on NOK, saying current mkt share of 36% should rise to 40% by Q4 and 2003, and expects steady margins and above-consensus EPS.
