Typically, the increase in short position is bad news for longs. Yes it represents buying pressure in the future, but it usually represents a leg of fairly intelligent investors who have some reason to believe the stock is not all it is cracked up to be.

I happen to agree with some of the facts on this thread. The company has very minimal revenues, (and what it has seems to be falling), and insiders are selling. Yes there is a story, but this company seems to be a long way from profitability from what I can tell.
Since I am a fundamental investor, no way I go long on this company,
short - perhaps but I need to investigate a little more.

Does anyone (who is long) have a good feel for when this company will reach a price/sales of say 5 or better yet a price to earnings of 20? (i.e. With the current market cap of ~ 120million, what year is it going to earn its first 6 million ? or make 25 million in sales)

thanks
