Thanks for the advice Ed.

Someone else suggested I rename the outbox.idx and outbox.mdx to .tmp files. He suggested that the email would rebuild the .idx and .mdx files next time I tried to send a message.

This is what I did and it worked. I would have attempted your suggestion next if it hadn't.
