Votaire, just an FYI, 50 million in Silicon Valley is commonplace these days, particularly for anyone over 45. The 30 year olds have 20 million. Im talking about the mid-level management class, Directors, VPs as well as architectural level people. Of course the CEO and founders of these companies are worth much more. Theres articles about it every week in the SJ Mercury News. The problem is, no one wants to work anymore... everyone is retired, which is a huge negative for these companies long term. We see it a lot out here... but it was a little better at Dell because they have the advantage of being the big fish in Texas whereas in Ca, Sun, Cisco, Oracle, Yahoo + a million startups are competing for the same people.
