If the inflation numbers come too hot, a 13% pullback is possible. The 5% number that I mentioned is for if the numbers meet the expectations. In other words, to go higher, the economic data needs to keep beating expectations.

Semis have priced in a trough in this quarter. Any invalidation of that will be bad, unless the management can convince the investors that the sales are safe and have just moved back.
