The money came from the sale of deep discounted 504 stock to a buyer we arranged for. However, we arranged for the purchase at market price for $165,000. The actual transaction was for $265,000 @ 65% of market price. I can arrange for you to talk with the investor of the $265,000 if you like Approximately $130,000 was expended on LPS and the balance??? You're right these are serious problems. If the business strategy had been followed you would have seen a much different CSMA to-day. Thanks for your interest Kind regards HK Boner
