The legal immigration of muslims should be limited severely. Also, they should consider returning all political asylum placements after the politics of their countries changes appropriately. What good is keeping all those Haitians when they are no longer in danger? All those Iraqis, now that there is no more danger to them than what the general population faces? When you allow all the good (assuming they were screened) refugees/immigrants/asylum people to leave there countries, how do you ever expect good government and citizens willing to stand for their rights? Political asylum defeats it's own purposes. That is what you call a paradox, but one of which we do not have to be exposed. The very same goes for the Cubans, VZs etc etc Think about it. The asylum programs bleed a country of the good who are the only people who will ever deliver change in their homelands.
