Do not be fooled. It is a temporary move to appease the middle and lower classes. A misdirection where the smart money reallocates into the safety nets the Fed has created. There is only so much money out there. This market is headed for lower lows this year although it will not happen as fast as some predicted. Trying to stop a moving bullet is easy when deflection points are established eventually stopping the bullet.
