Eugene, all I am saying is that INTC is no longer capacity constrained as they have been as long as my memory serves me (at least 1 year)....I think they may have over built capacity due to the huge demand of MPU in 1996. However, that growth did not carry into 1997 as is evident in their sales. So they may reduce capital spending for awhile and also push out equipment orders.
