Did you see in the second LB report that it would take a month to fix the 233 yield problem? I interpreted that as possibly a mask change, since I think thats about how long it takes for a mask change to show up at the end of the "assembly line." Whatever it is, they must know the reason for the drop in 233 output in order to give such an estimate to LB.
