Wily, thanks for sharing that. Oh there CAN be 'human contact' with IB if one doesn't mind the occasional surly, condescending and useless "customer service."

But rest assured that if the shoe were on the other foot, i.e. it was me that entered the wrong order, IB would be loath to reverse the trade. I have in fact done such, and IB's response has been that unless the trade is clearly 'outside' of the market they will not break the trade. Of course, IB won't say what is their criterion for 'outside the market.'

But hope is nigh, it seems some truly helpful people have taken over IB's educational department. I can't speak too highly of Cynthia Tomain and her professionalism, focus and willingness to change the IB image. It may be that with time such customer friendly attitude will work its way into the other parts of IB?
