Yes, I have Trader Joe's sugar in my cupboard, for sure. I think it is technically called raw evaporated cane juice, or something like that. Trader Joe's owns their own sugar plantation in South America, and do social good with their product as well as their organic ideas. Historically, Costco has been a difficult place to find vegetarian or organic products, so it's nice to hear they are carrying more. Their produce especially has always been disappointing to me--very expensive, but still covered with pesticides. Great deals on vitamins and toilet paper, though!
