I too believe we have been SCAMMED cause CONGRESS under Democratic administration not only caused OUR MONEY to be put into the GENERAL FUND with TAXES, but also increased minimum benefits and even disability to people who having never paid in were not originally contemplated to be covered. This was done IMHO for the Democrats to secure their base among the has beens and never was. Anyone with any GUMPTION would NEVER be A DEMOCRAT. JDN
