From my previous notes, I have stated that I use about 10 different indicators. You are correct that the STOCHASTIC is not in the oversold region.

If you recall my guitar is really a study of space and time. It is obvious to me that you are looking at the technicals from a linear viewpoint. As a serious chess player, let me use the following analogy - many consider the game of chess as a game of moves, I consider it a game of space. The more space one controls on a chess board that better the advantage.

You mention the MACD. Instead of looking at it linearly(direction of the trendline), look at the space and the delta factor of the space between the signal line and the histogram.

Additionally, I have been using a technical indicator which I am developing myself.

I hope I was of some help. Believe me, it takes a huge amount of time to explain my theories thouroughly.
