But I apologize if I was a little forward with my post.Not sure if you appreciated where I was generalizing with those thoughts,and I have full confidence the process will be fulfilled.Yet,when all is said and done, if what I was trying to convey isn’t reflected in the process and out-come,it will have been all for naught.One of the above will get elected, but : Then you deal with the reality that neither of the cartoon characters will be able to implement significant social or economic policy going forward.It will be four or less long years of constitutional/electoral reform that will create a gridlock like never seen before. Ever see a nation of politicians and lawyers ( one and the same in many cases ) get into constitutional /electoral reform? It becomes seemingly endless.I know.There are people and groups here that have made their entire living off constitutional issues.You might be inundated with the fall-out of this election for the next President’s ENTIRE mandate.If the DEMS get smart ( and put a gag on Gore ) , they would back off now and let Bush hang himself in the electoral reform process for ( X ) years.By that time, the American people will be ready to elect Hillary Clinton, America’s Firstest Lady… with Gore as Vice President……. They will call her….. Dorothy……..cause we won’t be in Kansas anymore….Toto <g> Regards, KC
