Al, If they float it and sell new shares to the public but keep over 50% between them they will have iron control. If they sell so they only have 10% between them they the SH will run with it. I suspect they will sell some number of shares to raise money and still keep control, and sell more later if needed. Any one have details on how many new shares are in the IPO? Bill
