One thing I hate about datek is their message system when
you're put on hold... the voice just sounds sooo unfriendly
and cold.. is this how they treat their customers?! And
today when I called their 888 number it was BUSY!

I lost 1500 potential profit because of the order that went
nowhere. nothing one can do though :( Etrade.. I have an
account with etrade too but their web interface is kind of
slow and getting quotes are difficult.

what about ameritrade, suretrade? anyone has experience w/
those?
