you will see that online purchase of travel services, brokerage transactions, and financial services will make amazon look like a mom and pop grocery. I can agree that some service organizations will thrive on the web. As a frequent traveler though I prefer Delta, Marriott, Avis, etc.. puckering up for my business with a live person. I can usually book my trip for next week (usually 2 cities) in less than 15 minutes. As far as Amazon... I seriously doubt they will be considered a mom and pop shop. i think you may be underestimating the growth of the net I hope not since that is my bread and butter! My typical clients are household names so perhaps I am relying a bit heavily on trade rags for low end Ecommerce info. syborg
