I must say, I've tried e-trade and wasn't too impressed with their service either. Two good points over Datek is that as far as I remember they offer All-Or-Nothing on the trades. They occationally had the same problems as Datek, but that was over a year ago now, and things might have changed.

Pristine seems to have a very strong following - particularly in the daytrader 'hoods ... I might go have a look at what they offer.
