Bud,

I feel some guilty letting you get into the market a little be
earlier. Luckily, the market rebounded back to 22.75 in the final
30 minutes. It's about your buying price.

Today's computer stocks were driven by Compact CFO's announcement
regarding products prices, and Compaq's current quarter prospects, and
bonds selloff. Almost all coputer stocks were down.

Compaq's CFO did mention that prices cuts will not impact the margin
due to cheaper parts, such as memory, disk, CPU. I think although
Apple cuts its G3's series prices, the margin probably could sustain
with the same reasons. Besides, the sales volume might increase due
to cheaper prices.

I start to believe 4m is the threshold for Apple. We'll see
if that is true in the next couple of weeks. The final hour's rebound
provides us a better chance to advance after the open hours tomorrow.

Phil
