This morning on FOXNEWS, Trump was asked about the Keystone pipeline. He said "yes, he would bring it back but only after re-negotiating it for a 25% cut in the profits".

He might even put it into bankruptcy like those Trump Casino deals...four times. He said that was just good business restructuring. We need that kind of thinking in Washington.
