Hi Chinacat,

Thank you for the corrections and addendums to my information on GHS and Chorus. I didn't know GHS was that important of a player back then. Time certainly has changed a lot.

Indeed time has changed. Wasn't Diba Microsoft's first choice of acquisition? Only after Diba turned MSFT down, Microsoft bought WebTV. The funny thing was that SUN paid a lot less for Diba than MSFT wanted to pay. Recently, I encountered a B2B logistics startup called Arzoon. I would never geussed that Farid Dibachi, the founder of Diba, was the founder of Arzoon.

Indeed time has changed. 2000 was a BAD year for most tech investors. At the same time, technology is evolving as fast as ever. Mobile computing, as you have alluded to, is the technology of the future. Everything will evolve around huge servers, pervasive connectivity, and always-with-you computing. With this said, I really think that tech stocks should do very well in the next few years. I look for 2001 to be a very prosperous year, and I wish everyone the same.
