It's very possible that your comments about management are accurate. I'm in the software business, however, and I do know that it's often difficult to predict when the software will really be ready (that is, if you want to ship a high-quality product). If they have a history of high-quality products, then the delay is an okay sign (i.e., they're committed to making sure they're done right). Are you familiar with any of their products and competition? I checked out their home-page but didn't really get a good feel for what they're actually shipping. I would think that this is a hot field and if they do a decent job, they'll make serious money. Regards.
