Chicken Kitchen Names Mitchell Gregory C.F.O & Vice President Of Finance
PR Newswire - November 05, 1998 13:43

MIAMI BEACH, Fla., Nov. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Chicken Kitchen Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: CKKC), named Mitchell Gregory, 62, former Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer of DWG, a Fortune 500 company, as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance of the Company.

Gregory, with 25 years of experience in corporate finance, including 13 years in the restaurant industry, served as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at DWG, then owner of the Arby's national restaurant chain, consisting of 3,000 restaurants. DWG, a NYSE company, also owned several other national brands, including Royal Crown Cola. Most recently, Gregory served as President of Aegis Holdings, Ltd. for six years. Prior to this, Gregory served as President of Prestige Group International, for three years. Both are Miami based companies.

Gregory's primary responsibilities will be finance, accounting, administration and management information systems. In addition, he will help the Company in seeking a Small Cap or National listing on the NASDAQ market by working with the investment banking community, lawyers, accountants and regulators.

"Mitchell has the experience, reputation and talent that our Company needs today, as we are building a first-class management team, that will be the foundation upon which our concept will be built. We intend to become the most profitable concept, not the biggest and fastest-growing one," said Christian de Berdouare, President & CEO of Chicken Kitchen Corporation. "Mitchell will help us to achieve that goal, by establishing the tight controls, systems and discipline needed in a fast-growing Company. His experience in a large national restaurant chain and in helping structuring complex financing in publicly traded companies will be of tremendous benefit to the company as Chicken Kitchen will seek additional capital to fuel our expansion plans."

Mitchell Gregory is a Certified Public Accountant and received a BA from Adelphia University. From 1969 to 1972 he was with KPMG Peat Marwick as a CPA.

As of October 31, there were six (6) Chicken Kitchen company-owned restaurants operating in the Miami area.
