I think that you are a little too ahead of the curve on the assisted living stocks. But it is not too early for adult living community developments.

The current group of baby boomers (which is the largest of the three post-war groups) is currently at an average age of about 35. Peak spending age for boomers is around the mid forties.

The last group is about 43 years old and the first group of boomers is about 52 years old. It will be awhile before the boomers greatly impact the field of assisted living.
