I just had a thought. Many of the companies which get
this type of venture backing are by nature small-caps.
Since the last few months have seen some rotation into
small caps, it may add for demand in this type of thing.
Also, I remember seeing a Warburg Pinkus fund which
had a name like Post-Venture Capital which invests in
companies which have or are seeking venture capital in
order to give the small investor exposure to this type
of company. I read the perspective and remember seeing
it on a one year return list at one point recently.
Anybody follow it?
