dr, didn't mean to sound paranoid, but i am ;-) actually, i remain anonymous b/c some overzealous people attack individuals that don't like their stocks and don't go with the hype. the rmil thread is an example. they harrassed one of the poster's employer. this thread is more of a professional development idea of mine than an investment idea. some big names in smt are solectron, sci, qtron, sanmina and a few more. many companies are outsourcing their work. a lot of the networkers and some computer makers. a lot of these contract mnftrs have done extremely well over the last 10 years. extremely! the stocks i really like are swtx and trps. trps is a 6-12 month play where swtx is going to take off 50% higher within 5 months or so, imho. neither is in electronic assembly. i also like genzl as a risky biotech - although it is cheap compared to historical levels and their science is really close to blast off. i hate micron tech as they will bleed cash all year and should trade at $1-=15 and not $35, imho. i own some puts. good luck.
