I guess we are coming about it from different sides. I was kind of hoping to learn more about evaluating shells. Maybe we can help each other. The only company I'm really serious about right now on the private side is the one I mentioned in post #4. They'll be doing a reverse merger within the next couple of months. Maybe you should follow it just to see how it all comes together. Do you have some shell companies that I could track in the meantime?
