1st Miracle Pictures Announces Five Picture Deal With Kentaro Seagal

HOLLYWOOD, CALIF. (Feb. 26) ENTERTAINMENT WIRE -Feb. 26, 1998

Son of Action Star Steven Seagal to Begin Filming First Feature in Spring 1998

North American Health & Fitness Inc. (OTC BB: NAFT) today announced its wholly owned subsidiary, 1st Miracle Pictures Inc., co-chaired by Hollywood's famous duo of Menahem Golan and Yorum Globus, has signed a five picture deal with make model Kentaro Seagal.

Seagal, 21, the son of action star Steven Seagal, will begin filming his first feature, "Renegade Blade" this spring. The film is currently in pre-production.

Golan/Globus, who as the leaders of Cannon Films brought some classic action films to the silver screen, including "Missing in Action," starring Chuck Norris, "Cobra," starring Sylvester Stallone, as well as
launched the career of Jean Claude Van Damme, are looking to replicate their success with 1st Miracle.

Commenting on the announcement, Menahem Golan, co-chairman of 1st Miracle, stated, "Kentaro Seagal is the country's next action hero. His style, presence, athleticism and model looks make him a natural for
these types of films. We are very excited he has chosen to launch his acting career with 1st Miracle Pictures."

1st Miracle Pictures Inc. was co-founded in December 1997 by Menahem Golan and Yorum Globus to produce and distribute feature length films.
