You need what's called UDF "Packet Writing" software like Adpatec's DirectCD. I don't know if they have a mac version. I will look into Mac software that incorporates UDF Packet Writing.

I would venture to guess that the next major upgrades of Windoze and Mac OS will feature full CD-RW support built-in native, including Packet Writing. No need for other software.

But be aware that by using the UDF Packet writing format, the usable space on a CD-RW disc drops from 650MB to about 500MB.
