Datek has a real-time streaming quote service that is the best I have seen short of level II. It provides continuously updating price, b/a sizes etc. I believe it is still in beta testing and is only being offered to some of their more active traders at this time, eventually it will be offered to all customers (free). I've been using it for about 2 months now and highly recommend it.
