I have a 1989 Acura Legend and wouldn't say it was the best car. The cassette player died after 4 years and because it is so difficult to remove the radio I can't justify getting the cassette player fixed. The automatic antennae went bad after 5 years. However I couldn't justify paying $300 to get it fixed as an automatic antennae doesn't add that much value to a car. I just paid over $1000 to get the timing belt, water pump, CVC boots and rear seal replaced. Most likely I am wrong but I would expect a timing belt and water pump to have a longer design life than 75,000 miles.

I plan on keeping my 1989 Acura Legend another 3 years but no way could you convince me it was the best car around.
