. It's a case of, you're damn if you do and damn if you don't for the US. Q. You got that right but as soon as they dropped the first bombs Clinton sealed his fate. I believe he and NATO will have no choice but to commit ground troops to the region. The only out I can see is the United Nations calling a meeting and voting to commit UN troops to cordon off Kosovo, stop the NATO bombings and bring in Russia to negotiate a peaceful resolution. jmho MarkC.
