PhoneTel and Opticom Announce Agreement

CLEVELAND--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 3, 2000--PhoneTel Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:PHTE) and Opticom Operator Services, a division of One Call Communications, announced the completion of an agreement for Opticom to provide long distance and operator services.
