iDial Networks Inc. Announces ''E'' To Be Removed From Trading Symbol

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 22, 2000--Mark T. Wood, chairman
and CEO of iDial Networks Inc. (OTC BB:IDNWE), announced that the "E"
appended to the company's normal trading symbol, OTC BB:IDNW, is
scheduled to be removed.
This change is reported on the NASD's Daily List as published on
the OTC BB Web site. The company's accountants and attorneys satisfied
the NASD with respect to the company's compliance with the NASD's
reporting requirements. There is a normal lag period before the
removal of the "E" is effective, and the company's stock is traded
under its normal trading symbol.
The company operates within the Voice over Internet (VoIP)
market, which includes Net2Phone (Nasdaq:NTOP), Delta Three
(Nasdaq:DDDC) and Gric Communications (Nasdaq:GRIC).
