Jane, also check out the thread "SWMCF" here in software. Regarding the marketing agreement with Strategic Marketing partners, this will certainly help to get more of SW's product into the retail channel on store shelves. One of the concerns I had was that SW's products are not that easy to find. Clearly though, its products are very good and have won numerous awards. As for the agreement and impact on the stock, signing with this rep firm will have positive long term benefits, but I don't think this announcement by itself is going to move the stock. But, June is a very key month for SW for a number of reasons. It's the last month of the first fiscal '96 quarter and I'm sure management wants to show positive progress. Also, it needs to do well to keep its Nasdaq listing. My feeling is that the products are great, management has stated its strategy, is implementing this strategy and that in the long run the value for SW will increase, i.e., stock price will improve.
