American Fire Retardant Corp. Launches E-Commerce Web Site

SAN DIEGO, Aug 6, 2002 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- American Fire Retardant Corp. (OTCBB:AFRC) (www.americanfireretardant.com), a fire protection company that specializes in fire prevention and fire containment today announced that the company has launched its e-commerce Web site (www.3in1hero.com) that will allow consumers the ability to buy American Fire Retardant Corp. products on the Internet.

Additionally, the Web site will be advertised the company's "3-in-1 Hero" infomercial.

"History dictates that a certain percentage of consumers watching an infomercial will buy directly from a Web site. I believe that American Fire Retardant Corp. will see very positive results on their Web site from the "3-in-1 Hero" infomercial," stated Bill Fawcett, president of Fawcett Productions.

"3-in-1 Hero" is a recently developed fire retardant product that also has the properties of being a stain and soil release and an antimicrobial product in that it reduces the growth of mites and thereby reduces seasonal allergies.
