Very Nice action today Joey. My wife is the owner of our Rubicon position so she should be very happy. I don't know if anything is getting finalized yet, but I do think people are becoming more aware of the terrific talent and amazing land package that this company has. All I can say is I'm glad people are finally recognizing quality rather than the usual overhyped promotions.
