ADP Signs Outsourcing Deal with E*Trade

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Automatic Data Processing Inc. (NYSE:ADP) on Tuesday said it signed an agreement with E*Trade Inc. (NYSE:ET) to convert the online brokerage's back office books and records system to ADP.
ADP, the largest U.S. payroll company, said the contract with E*Trade is for 10 years. It did not disclose details on the value of the pact.
