I will add that I cannot see any grounds for a lawsuit against the subject person. He is posting the truth as he sees it, has a depository of facts to justify his views, a depository that is not readily available, (at least, to the public, for a large measure), except on his website.

As for should you sell out your position in CDEX, that is your decision to make. You did not ask for my opinion on that, of course, but if you did, my answer would be the same...your decision, Seventh Guest.
