DHI quarterly orders. ASP dropped 2.8%. Lower price points may help DHI maintain order growth. Margin compression is key for 4/18 earnings release. No reason it should surprise up nor down this quarter. Question is guidance going forward. Consensus is 1.11 for March qtr. 5.38 for yr. DHI's own guidance is 1.1 for qtr, 5.25 to 5.35 for yr. phx.corporate-ir.net
