Using this guy's logic--that Aereo is illegal because it enables content to be streamed over the Internet--the entire cloud computing industry is in trouble.

Thanks to the Cablevision case, we'll soon have cloud-based DVRs that will enable users to stream their DVR content to any internet-connected device. Should this be illegal as well?
