Today_ spoke to a broker who told me that the news moved TXN. Great. But On 8/12 TSF 21 crossed over TSF 89 showing a trend reversal- on same day OBV crossed above OBV(40). On 9/6 CCI turned up from minus 250 and on 9/12 Linear trend gave a buy signal. Telegraphing was there.!!!!! andy
