Robert, I agree. I attentded the Shareholder's meeting last weekend and was impressed with the commitment of the BOD to increase shareholder value. Most of the officers and BOD's have not received a salary or other compensation for nearly 2 years so the cash position of GTII is growing for acquisitions, etc. Also, they converted their common stock to non-convertible and non-registered (can't buy it on the open market) preferred shares - with the preferred dividends directly tied to the success of the company. A very good sign they are in this for the long run and believe the market value of the company will continue to increase.
