Right, the $4.72 per share (or whatever it was) loss, but I figure they've milked what they can out of that, and eventually they're gonna have to return to profitability.... let's hope, anyway. What is the law for the distribution of the 95% for a REIT? Is it after their year-end reporting, or by quarter, or what? Anybody know? Rick
