HELLO ALL I called the company yesterday talked to PAUL COMESKY. He seemed very up beat,told me he "feels very good about the prosess" of on going talks/work on the merger with CMC.The only thing that I was told that made me wonder was when I asked about share count.He stated that he wasn't sure because of a private placement that they were/had did.I asked him also for the transfer agent's name and number at which point he stated that was not a normal request and directed me to call someone else. which I found a little strange,but other then that I came away with the feeling all was going well with the prosess.He also said as news was ready he would release it, and that he thinks it will happen before the end of the 2NDQ...........PSN
