There are different scholarly views on the Constitution and the amendments. I am in the camp that is is an living, breathing, evolving piece of paper. I do not want to sound insulting sir, but that is what's wrong with todays Liberals. To say that The Constitution is a living piece of paper is to say it is worthless!! How would you like to play in a living poker game with me?? Where my 2 pair could all of a sudden beat your full house. Doesn't sound pleasant does it. The same logic applies here... I'm in the camp that believes: The reason we still have 1st Amendment rights is solely because of our 2nd Amendment rights. C
